For first-time customers of Wild Life Outdoor Adventures, the minimum order value is $300 USD

Our MAP policy authorizes accounts to offer discounts in store or online at a maximum of 10% below the MSRP. The MSRP is defined as: wholesale cost X 2 minus $.01. Accounts who violate MAP will be suspended from ordering for a period of 6 months after the first offence. If a second violation occurs, the account will be permanently banned from carrying our products. Upon identifying any violation, the account will be asked to correct the MAP policy violation, failure to do so in a timely manner may result in a fine of up to $2000 per item (SKU).
Wild Life Adventures Ltd. accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) and EFT payments. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. If paying via EFT, please contact us at support@jointhewildlife.ca for banking deposit information and specify if you are paying in USD or CAD. Payment is due on receipt, however, customers may request payment terms and conditions.
Shipping is not included in the cost of the products. Shipping terms are EXW. Freight is capped at 10% of order value. For orders of USD $750+ we offer free freight.
Total Order Value $300 - $750 = Freight cost capped at 10% of order value
Ex. Order value is $425.00, Freight cost will be no more than $42.50
Total Order Value $750 + = Free Freight
We ship using USPS/Canada Post, UPS, FedEx. We will always choose at our discretion but try to ensure the most economical shipping rates. We are happy to ship using a designated shipping account and preferred shipping method at the expense of the buyer.
Orders will ship from our warehouse in Ann Arbour, Michigan within 48 hours Monday - Friday.
